Return & Refund Policy

General Information

LPcustomfab is a small business specializing in the fabrication and shipping of performance parts.
We strive to provide high-quality products and service, but due to the nature of our work and various logistical constraints, specific conditions apply regarding returns and refunds.

LPcustomfab reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined below.


1. Authorized Returns (Unused Parts Only)

A return may be accepted only if:

- The part is new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

- It is returned in its original packaging

- A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

If approved, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee, once the part has been inspected and accepted by LPcustomfab.

Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Damaged Products or Shipping Errors

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product:

- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package

- Provide clear photos of the part and the packaging

A suitable solution will be offered (exchange, repair, or replacement depending on the situation).


3. Customs, Automatic Returns, and Associated Fees

For international orders:

- LPcustomfab is not responsible for customs delays, brokerage fees, taxes, import duties, or any charges applied by customs or carriers.

- If a package is automatically returned by the carrier (UPS, Purolator, USPS, etc.) due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, missing documentation, or any situation beyond our control:

         - A refund will be issued only once the part is returned to us and inspected.

         - Shipping fees, customs fees, and return costs are non-refundable.


4. Refused Deliveries

If the customer refuses a package or fails to pay required customs or carrier fees, resulting in the package being returned:

- A refund may be issued once the part is received,

- minus all incurred costs (outbound shipping, return shipping, customs charges, restocking fee).


5. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.


6. Order Cancellations

Any order cancelled before fabrication or shipment may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover platform processing costs (Shopify, PayPal, Shop Pay, Stripe, etc.).

An order cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun.


7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

- Ensuring the correct fitment and compatibility for their vehicle

- Providing a complete and accurate shipping address

- Monitoring the shipment and paying any customs fees when applicable

- Contacting LPcustomfab promptly if an issue arises
