Customs & International Shipping Disclaimer

At LPcustomfab, we work hard to provide fast and reliable service worldwide. However, when it comes to international shipping, several factors are completely outside of our control—especially customs procedures and newly applied tariff regulations.

Customs Duties and Additional Fees

Customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, and administrative fees are determined by your country’s customs agencies and by the carriers processing the shipment.
LPcustomfab cannot predict, control, or guarantee these fees, and all related costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Customs Brokerage Process (Purolator / UPS)

Most of our international shipments are sent with Purolator.
However, the default customs broker for international clearance is UPS.

This means that your package is automatically transferred to UPS at the border, and you must contact UPS directly to handle and pay your customs fees.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • The UPS tracking number is NOT the same as the Purolator tracking number.

  • The UPS tracking number cannot be retrieved online using the Purolator tracking system.

  • Customers must contact PUROLATOR by phone and speak directly with an agent to obtain the correct UPS tracking number.

  • Customs duties and brokerage fees must be paid directly to UPS, and this process cannot be completed online without contacting UPS.

  • LPcustomfab is unable to retrieve the UPS tracking number or handle customs payments on behalf of the customer.

Possible Delays

Customs inspections and processing can lead to unexpected delays that are entirely out of our hands.
While we always ship quickly and include all required documentation, LPcustomfab cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, carriers, or newly implemented tariff measures.

No Delivery Time Guarantee

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, multiple parties are involved in the transit process.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or offer compensation for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, regulatory changes, or carrier-related issues.

Customer Responsibility

Before placing an international order, customers are encouraged to verify their local customs regulations.
All customs fees, delays, holds, or complications fall outside of our control, and the customer remains fully responsible for any charges required by their local authorities.
