Am I automatically approved?
No. Shop Pay Installments is subject to an eligibility check. Available offers can depend on the purchase amount, payment terms and other eligibility requirements.
Are all Shop Pay payment plans interest-free?
No. Eligible biweekly payment plans may be interest-free. Monthly financing can include interest depending on the payment option offered at checkout.
What purchase amounts can qualify?
Eligible Canadian Shop Pay Installments orders currently range from $35 CAD to $30,000 CAD.
Does LPcustomFAB decide whether I am approved?
No. Approval and financing terms are handled by Shop Pay and Affirm. LPcustomFAB does not control financing approvals, interest rates or available payment options.
Are gift cards eligible?
Gift cards and certain other products or order types may not qualify for Shop Pay Installments. Available financing options are shown during checkout.
What happens if I return an item?
LPcustomFAB's applicable return and refund policy still applies. When an eligible refund is processed to the original payment method, the financing balance is adjusted accordingly.
